AHOY Mate! If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within ten (10) days of the date you received it in its original (new) condition for an exchange or refund (less shipping).

• ALL returns must have your order number on the box AND on the RA Form below to be included with your return. Additional shipping charges will be assessed on all exchange transactions.
• All Returns must be returned in their original wrappers, with all warranties and owners manuals (if applicable).
• All wetsuits must be folded as they were shipped to avoid permanent creasing.
• All returns must be post marked within 10 Days of your receipt of the order.
• Please note: if you item was a video, DVD, book or a custom order it is non-returnable (i.e. custom wetsuits, custom spearguns etc.). But may be covered under manufacturers warranty against defects.
